Publié le 9 janv. 2019 sur HotelsLes draps étaient trop court pour mon lit. Mes pieds étaient donc directement sur le matelas. De plus la poubelle de la salle d'eau n'avait pas été vidée. Il semblerait que le nettoyage ne soit pas le fort de l'hotel

Second Stay - so we recommend!
Publié le 19 mars 2024 sur HotelsWe stayed in December and found that it is a great location, easy walking to the Cathedral and the city centre.
Food is good and the rooms comfortable. Free parking.
So we stayed again in March!

Stephanie on reception is very rude and dismissive. Refused to help with my noise problems - room was so noisy, bin men kept waking me up at 545am. Basically told me to get over it and there’s nothing she can do (even though there were other rooms we could have moved to or could have offered compensation in many different forms). I even asked 4 times for a quiet room and kept being given noisy rooms. Bathrooms are also not cleaned - pink bacteria on shower head and rest of shower is either covered in black mould or rust. Shower floor is also really unsteady - feels like you’re going to fall straight through the floor. Rooms only give you 2 towels and have to ask multiple times for fresh towels to be delivered.

Good Afternoon Emily,I did reach out yesterday about the noise on Monday from the bin men. You were given a quiet room, but unfortunately you were still disturbed. I apologise if you thought Stephanie came across rude, this was not her intention. If you had told us about the shower we could of sorted this out straight away for you.RegardsAmanda

Enjoyable stay

Hotel was very comfortable and quiet, room was warm and spacious and an added bonus of free parking for guests staying at the hotel or using the restaurant or bar. Great location, only a few minutes walk to the city centre, shops, pubs and restaurants.
