I'm here on business and unfortunately had to spend the majority of the day/night at a crowded Starbucks due to wifi being out the past 36 hours.

Hi, The staff were very good when trying to address my issue related to not having heat in my room, 1228. I moved my large amount of luggage to another room 1203 only to find out that this room didn’t have heat either. Their very nice mechanic came x2, thinking it was the boiler. He said anywhere they move me would be the same situation, front desk suggested I move to a different floor. After some time I was brought a small heater and blankets which was wonderful. The concern is the no heat & having to move rooms .

Very nice to stay didn’t have any issues or problems but shouldn’t have to pay for parking if we are staying there.
