Unless there is no other rooms left in Phoenix like it was the case for us, do not stay in this place. It is dire need of love; there is mole everywhere, paint peeling off the walls, doors off the hinges and dirty bed covers. They make you visit your room before you give your security deposit since there is no refund once you pay. We visited 3 rooms before "settling " for the least discusting one.

Terrible Stay and robbed of Deposit

This was an absolute dump! The office walls had mold on the ceilings. The pavement was awful to drive on. Thankfully we were exhausted we did not notice anything with the room until the following morning. There was NO hot water! We had to take cold showers. I tried using the phone but it was not working. We tried to turn television on but remote did not work. They took the security deposit and I called to ask to speak with a manager the front desk person who was an Eastern Indian with a heavy accent would not assist me and hung up on me when I tried to ask for a manager. I was assured that the $100.00 deposit wouldn’t be taken out but it was. If they are taking the deposits when there was no damage and nothing broken or taken their hotel ahould be a stellar stay but it’s not. I would like to know how this place is still being offered through hotels.com.
