I don’t who is submitting good reviews for this place; I guess they must be Hyatt employees. It is dated, dingy and dirty. It is in desperate need of complete renovation. Only plus point is location adjacent to Old Town, but this can also be a negative if you don’t like noise.

Excellent with the exception of the noise from the nightclub next door to our room. Horrible all 3 nights sadly.

Nice staff, room was clean. They have a "Night-Club" next door now, on weekends. Ask for a room away from it.

It was a great hotel. Walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Stadium (where the Giants Spring Training occurs) and the Fashion Square Mall. It was excellent. We really liked the breakfast choices, the big screen TV and the amenities. Great stay! Thank you

We stayed 2 nights and specifically chose to book this hotel bc of the positive reviews we read. Our experience was entirely different than what we expected. We areived to find the underside of the toilet lid with a hige splatter of vomit drilling down it. Each night of our stay, we woken up precisely at 2:38am by cars streetracing and doing smokeshows in the adjacent parking lot. For a solid thirty minutes, we were subjected to noisy, drunk club goers walking past. I would strongly recommend booking elsewhere if you are traveling with children.
