I had roaches in our bathroom. I have picture and video. What I paid for that was nasty. No one upfront to tell at the time of the event. When we got there i asked for the logged carrier that would help me carry my items. The front girl THAT was when checked in told me you all did not have one. Well there was 2 young woman walking out with one. Why would she tell me you did not have one and you did. Then she takes off. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

Frustrating all around. I booked this place, I was asked to go through a different link to place a security deposit. Ok fine, I did that. Didn’t get confirmation or a message saying anything about it going through or not. Never received an email about how to check in, so I message them and they say oh the deposit didn’t go through. Try to redo it and it gives an error that there is a processing issue, so I try a different card, same issue so I assume it’s in the website. We are 20 mins out from the place at this point and I don’t know if we will be able to get in. Finally it goes through. I get the email saying go use the side door facing the parking lot. We attempt to use that door with the only code that is provided. Didn’t work. Went through the front door and it smelled like someone dumped and waited bottle of cleaner, it was so strong it was like they were trying to cover the smell. Get to the room and realize there is another side door that doesn’t face the parking lot, but we try it. Still doesn’t work. So we get into the room, the ac is off. So we turned it on, the vent in the living room is closed so we have to climb on a chair to open it, not that that did much. The bathroom door didn’t fit in the door frame so we couldn’t close the door all the way. The worst part was the motion sensor lights. Everytime we rolled over at night ever single light in there turned on. I got zero sleep because I was up all night turning the lights off. The bathroom seemed dirty also.

On entering the room there was a “stale, smoky “ odor. There were a handful of roaches in the rooms.

I discovered multiple cockroaches in my room, but they were quick to move me to a new room once I informed them

The room was very unclean. It did not look to have clean bedding. The pillows were old and stained. Flooring corners dirty. No drain in the shower. Hair was in the shower, sheets, blankets. The atmosphere felt unsafe. No front desk help at night but on-site security. We left and requested a refund.

Inspect room first thing

Our room had a sink leaking, roaches, bathtub was dirty, the t v was broken, the young lady in front did everything she could to make it right, . Were still waiting on an adjustment refund on the room.. appreciated the young lady which made it a bit better..
