Nice property
Publié le 23 févr. 2024 sur HotelsGood property and grounds. Units are nice, but need a coffee maker! Coffee in the lobby was ok, yet you have no creams, flavors. Be prepared to pay for parking in the attached garage ($25 per day). Still a good place to stay and good location.

We loved how easy it was to book. The property is beautiful. Keep in mind that you pay $25 per night in parking.

We had a great stay. We weren't able to get an early check-in but the parking sign up was easy, the stay was quiet, the common areas and the apartment were beautiful. Only complaint might be the lack of amenities in the kitchen. I'd have liked a coffee pot (though there was a coffee machine in the lobby), drying towels and a few more utensils and serving bowls.

Very convenient and clean property. Amenities provided are very minimum but they say you can ask for more. I was there over a week, so I ended up getting my own basics. Pool and hot tub are lovely. Would stay again!

Unprofessional and shady
Publié le 15 févr. 2024 sur HotelsProperty tried to reach out to me privately to cancel my reservation last minute without going through hotels.com! After going back and forth with the front desk agent and the property manager whom was not on sight, a room magically appeared. The front desk agent told me they were fully booked and that they’d cancel someone else’s reservation to get me. The lack of communication and the entire ordeal caused me to miss a sporting event I had already purchased tickets. The next day I came back to speak with the manager in person to request a refund for the first night, she brushed me off. Outrageous, unprofessional behavior from each staff member we encountered.
