Unit was dark, basics for traveler not provided

Unit was clean but on bottom interior of 5 story complex so natural light was non existent. No hangers for clothes nor dresser for unpacking. Requested hangers, which were told would be sent over but were not delivered.

sharp decline

This is my 4th time staying with Sonder (3rd at this property) and the contrast with the previous stays was surprising. The unit itself was clean but the walls were extremely scuffed and shaby looking, really needed a fresh coast of paint. The kitchen stool cushions were also stained/food residue. The common hallways smelled like garbage. Though not immediately apparent, throughout our 3 nights we noticed an increasing cigarette smoke smell, particularly in the bathroom when the vent was on. Lastly, we'd planned to use the pool during our stay but found it very unclean looking with a lot of debris. There's been a sharp decline in the upkeep of this property, it's very disappointing as it previously was a favorite location.
