The staff was very nice. I requested an early check in and they did allow us to check in a few hours early. However the sofa bed is a twin mattress that is on the floor! Then we did not get room service even after I called to request it. I called back and asked if they would at least bring us clean towels and take the trash. They only brought us clean towels. I also wasn’t impressed with the parking fee. The walls are very thin you can hear every door closing.

Rooms are extremely comfortable and large with very comfortable beds.

Overnight stay.

Nice, but not worth the price
Publié le 10 févr. 2024 sur HotelsNice hotel, but the room was not super clean. There were crumbs and used cups at the coffee station and the bathroom needed a good scrubbing. The staff was friendly and the continental breakfast in the morning was well stocked and had a lot of options.

Place was nice and clean.My one problem was my wife made my reservation on line but didnt have my bonvoy # so I was told they couldnt give me any discount.
