Nice location, but further upgrades are needed. Most room furniture was old and WORN or old and stained.

I was very disappointed. We loved the view, but there was a filter from the pool that ran 24/7. I felt like a vacuum was in my room going all the time. I told the front desk but they didn't care. On check out day the maid came in at 8am and didn't knock. She woke my kids up. Again, I mentioned to the front desk but they just looked at me. There is also no hot tub at the facility. The area is great if it wasn't for those few concerns.

Old property but still great stay

This property is old and dated, but clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to restaurants and golf and an LA Fitness (with a free 3-day pass) is just a mile away. We had a great sunny getaway at the last minute!

This place is ok, clean, quiet and good size rooms. The staff is excellent and service is great. Its a little dated but the staff makes up for that. It's not far from Old Town Scottsdale but you have to drive, a little under 4 miles. We prefer being closer to Old Town and that area of Scottsdale so for us location is not that convenient. But, its a clean quiet place in a safe area, just not updated.

Avoid road side rooms

Nice hotel but we were stuck with a room facing the Scottsdale Rd which was very noisy. We tried each day to switch rooms but were told that hotel was booked during spring training. If they wanted, the staff could have accommodated our request. They did not. If you want to stay at this hotel, let staff know that you do not want room along Scottsdale Rd before you book the room.

No knock

We were pretty upset because I was traveling with three teenage girls and housekeeping came in for separate times without knocking, and with the do not disturb sign on the door and one of the times my daughter was getting dressed
