We loved our Vietnamese stay

A wonderful experience filled with warm, exemplary staff who make it almost “their duty” to ensure our stay was comfortable. From Vy on BBQ beachfront night, to Thuan running the water sports club; from Minh, Kevin and Nancy in Rice Market, to Dora managing affairs in F&B, no task was too much and they all had a can-do attitude which makes it such a luxurious stay.

This is a six star resort. I am now in saigon at a top hotel and compared to the regent it us a two star hotel. There isnt enough room to describe how luxurious this place is. To all my palm beac people and people if tge upper east side font waste your time in saigon. As a matter of fact i have stated at the best hotels in new york and they dont compare. The concierge Mai saved me. I didnt have a visa she got me one. I missed a leg of my flight and singapore airlines canceled the whole trip. They wanted to sell my seats back to me for 6000 dollars. Mai got my seats for free. Lastly i forgot to put my middle name on my ticket from phu quoc and vietnam airlines wasnt going to let me on the plane. Mai fixed it. The villa is at least 2500 square feet. They clean the room twice a day. I could go on and on. Impromise that anybody who is used to luxury should come here.

Regent is a beautiful resort. Spectacular views and top notch services. We are happy with our time there. All staff’s are friendly and helpful. We feel comfortable like a home and we enjoyed our peace time there. We would love to come back next time.

Absolute luxury

Regent is brand new and in immaculate condition. the service is world class, as was everything else. Food, spa, drinks, the room. It all blew our minds. We spent 400.00 Canadian dollars on a ocean view room, but it felt like a 1200.00/night experience. Every detail was carefully considered and it did not go unnoticed. I cannot say enough about the service. The staff are so attentive and considerate. And the breakfast! It was included in our stay, but worth at least 100usd just to experience.
