Dommage que l’hôtel ne propose rien à manger près des plages le midi et l'après midi.

Vinpearl Phu quoc doit revoir le problème gastronomie ( peu de changement,menu fruit de mers avec supplément ...et plage ( propreté)

Emplacement : Zone isolée de l'île Phu Quoc , et parc de jeu au sein du complexe hoteler
Hotel fait partie de Vinpearl Ressort , très fréquenté par des familles vietnamiennes . Les équipements sont complets avec immense piscine , espace vert impeccable et la plage de sable blancs tres propre . Le personnel est extrememen attentif et souriant . Un parc d'attraction est situé pas loin de l'hotel . A recommander au séjour en famille

Very Pleasant stay.

Staff needs to be a bit better trained and organised though to prevent long waiting during Check out and at The restaurants. Also as hardly anyone understands english it can be very difficult to communicate even basic things.
