Worse booking ever
Posted Jan. 15, 2024 on HotelsThe advertisement stated breakfast was available and it was not. The hotel had bedbugs which means it was unclean. It was a long uncomfortable nightmare

There is dog poop everywhere! I travel with a dog. There are no bags or areas designated for dogs.
There is garbage everywhere around the property.
Very dirty outside and disgusting.

When we first checked in and got into room it was freezing b/c window was broken and open. I got it closed enough to warm up the room but still a big gap I had to stuff a towel into. Online it said coffee/ breakfast. There was absolutely none of that not even a coffee pot in room. My wife had to go to front desk to ask for one along with creamer. Room was dingy and carpet was gross. Would definitely NOT stay at this hotel again nor recommend it to anyone!
