Property in REAL BIG need of updating and repairs. Room ok, dated and dingy. Beds sag in the middle, door lock keeps sticking, remote missing battery cover, drawer missing pull, windows very dirty, overall Property looks/feels dingy. Pool area had ants. Got what i paid for, not ever again.

Our first room was dated,musty and drain was backed up they offered to change rooms we took it and this room was cleaner when we arrived they told us the jacuzzi was not working and area near pool under construction offered to give us a cancellation however booked through Expedia could of offered us a voucher or free night but nothing doing kinda booked for the jacuzzi was unaware it was not working til arrived

Room was clean but bathroom tub took a while to drain. Pool was open but hot tub was not available. Beds are comfy. Breakfast was okay nothing fantastic. Few choices such as scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, bagels, cereal. Juice was watered down and would of liked yogurt and more variety of pastries but it came with the cost of the hotel whoch was resonable. All in all a good stay

Hot tub wasn’t working and water was dirty bed sheet and blankets where dirty asked for new ones to put on and was still stain and dirty

la quinta in plattsburgh

the hotel was nice and very clean. staff was helpful and polite. pool and hot tub were lovely. room was spacious and clean. only complaint was the elevator seemed a bit old and in need of TLC. overall stay was great and will be staying here again

Without cleaning service in the rooms, I reported on multiple occasions that the shower accumulated water and did not drain and the response was that personnel would be sent to repair the damage, which never arrived, just as I never saw the sheets or towels changed in the room. Breakfast is offered but I have seen better quality in Cuban hotels...

The elevator was old and very slow. The internet didn’t work. Had to wait more then five minutes before I was helped because no one was at desk. TV was too small.

Great place always LaQuinta is good bet. This one is a bit on the older style but clean and well maintained. The swimming pool open until 11PM
