Great place for families except booking reservations was impossible we ate at the buffet for every meal except one. But lots of wild life. Pools were great rooms were nice and overall a great stay

The restaurant reservation service is sadly deficient. More availability would be a big improvement. Accessing the app, and lining up (long lines) for reservations is unreasonable. Also, advising guests on how to do this would be helpful. The A La Carte restaurants are great but seem quite disorganised.

The beach is not swimmable and the dinning was dissapointing. Buffet menu is ok, long lines and wait times. The reservation system for ala carte is ridiculous, hard to get a reservation through the "app" at midnight or stand in long line by sports bar. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed the animals and water park the most.

Food was ok but not great. I didn’t stave during the week but options were limited. Otherwise a very nice trip.
