Fantastic Spa and Bar - service at the spa was excellent. Couldn’t have wished for a better spa experience. Reception team were welcoming and helpful. The little luxuries in our room were much appreciated - excellent Voyager coffee, robes, flip flops etc I loved the Gaia hand and body lotion - smelled incredible

Extremely good service from all the staff. Tom was especially helpful when my wife lost a bracelet after her spa treatment. Completely took ownership and went above and beyond. We stay away in hotels 10-20 times a year and Tom's response was the best I have ever encountered.

Relaxing stay

The spa is lovely and sauna and steam room are great, we stayed on a Friday in January and it was quite busy - couldn’t get a sun lounger at times. The prices for food and drinks are quite expensive but what you expect nowadays. We did have a pizza for £19 (which wasn’t that great but rectified by a member of staff). The breakfast was really nice. Will definitely be back.
