Hotel sale, mal entretenu. Moquette avec une forte odeur. Service minimum. Petit dejeuner a la hauteur de l'établissement. Et la clim fait le bruit d'un réacteur d'avion.

Dear Florent, Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent stay. I am sorry to here your stay was not as pleasant as you were looking for. Our maintenance staff has resolved the loud a/c unit. The odor in your carpet could have been from it being recently cleaned as I could not find a smell. I have address your issue of minimum service with the housekeeping staff making sure they are completing their duties correctly. Once again I am sorry your stay was a disappointment, we hope you will give us a second chance and stay with again for your future lodging needs, Have a super day! Jennifer--Manager

They should have an elevator, or should alert people that are looking at them for possibly reserving a room that they DO NOT have an elevator; and they do not have handy staff that can help you with luggage to the second floor.

Great service at front desk. Needed extra pillows and got them right away. Room was nice, neat and clean. King bed was comfortable. The breakfast was par, the usual items. Would definitely stay there again.
