Excellente expérience à cet hôtel. Personnel très courtois. Situé près du quartier historique et de tous les services.

Bien situé mais manque de service et d'equipement

Chambre simple, manque d'équipements comme une bouilloire, l'aeration est inexistante avec une odeur de renfermé. L'hotel est dans l'hyper czntre avec les restaurants facilement accessibles, par contre cest tres mal isolée sur la rue et du coup tres bruyant. Le service laisse a desirer, pas de changement des serviettes puis appels pour les remplacer nous avons du appeler une nouvelle fois et venir chercher nous meme.

Regarding the outside noise, unfortunately living in the center of Ponta Delgada makes us have to endure the city life now and again. About the towels’ change, we want to apologize on behalf of our staff for not informing you that our hotel has a sustainable policy, in which if you leave your towels in the holder, it means you do not want us to replace them, thus saving more water and chemical products. Regarding the ventilation and room impressions, we have taken a note for possible future improvements. We hope that, if you ever come back to the Island, you give us a second chance and choose to be NEAT again. Kind regards, Management

We stayed here for our 4 day trip to sao miguel and rented a car to go around the island. The hotel is perfectly located with all the best restaurants, shops and places to see by walking distance. The underground parking near the waterfront also has an elevator just on the corner of the hotel street. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and eager to help. I would stay here again!

Bien situé dans la ville. Pas de parking gratuit à proximité. Chambres bruyantes car mal isolées du bruit (de la rue et de l hotel) Notre salle de bain demanderait à être refaite, pas suffisamment d eau chaude pour deux personnes. Literie confortable

The perfect location

The hotel is well located, close by all the facilities than Ponta Delgada offered. The staff is very kind and helpful regarding the city life, island tour... The rehabilitation of the building is in process but everything is working well and the beds are very comfortables.
