Staff were lovely! Really good service. V impressed. Hotel would do with a facelift though, the room is a bit dated. Incredible views and lovely menu.

Lovely hotel. Staff friendly and very helpful. Good choice of breakfast,nwe ate in hotel restaurant which was excellent.

overnight stay for short trip to ferry next day. Overall generally very good. Some areas could do with a 'touch up' but nothing really to complain about

A comfortable relaxing weekend.

We enjoyed a 2 night stay to visit family. Our room had a stunning view across Poole Bay. We ate in both restaurants and were happy with the food quality and especially with the attentiveness of the staff.
