Fantastic Property in Tranquil seaside location.
Posted Mar. 31, 2024 on HomeAwayGreat getaway, not too far from Hobart, just a short drive from Port Arthur Historic Site, Local Cafe and distillary. Very well apointed property - we made use of sunny verandah, hot tub, very well appointed kitchen and open plan living and dining areas.

The shack

The attention to detail inside and out is fantastic the out door spa was excellent was so warm and inviting on our end of July stay.
It’s the little things like the toilet paper,tissues,shower accessories,bread and milk on arrival is so appreciated.
The cleanliness is fantastic the beds were all so comfortable and bedding was very good quality.
I would definitely recommend you stay at this property you won’t be disappointed.

Great short break
Posted Feb. 1, 2023 on HomeAwayWonderful short break. Loved sitting on the comfy sofa on the front deck with morning coffee, listening to the birdsong.
Perfect set up at rear with hot tub and well-lit covered BBQ / pizza oven area.
Inside, the stove/ oven has been upgraded since the photos. Kitchen well-equipped. Great to have breakfast fixings including fresh bread, milk & butter provided, along with the choice of reasonably priced selection of local wines.
Great sized dining table - good for board games ( although the lights are a bit dim for this). Teens enjoyed the large screen TV.
Discovered the Port Arthur Ghost tours only run Weds-Sat, so will be planning a return trip.
EV drivers will love the Zappi EV charger!

EV charger will be soon we hope - there's a bit of upgrading to the meter box before it can go live though.
I'll swap out those lights over the dining table this week.

Port Arthur stay
Posted Oct. 1, 2022 on HomeAwayThis property was beautifully presented. The owner met us at the property and detailed basic information. The owners had provided many homely touches including condiments, fresh bread and milk and cereals. The hot tub was a great surprise.

Lovely family getaway
