Sinon l’hôtel était propre et joli.

Bel hôtel très bien situé dans la ville, à proximité de tout. La chambre était très belle et propre. Le staff gentil et serviable.
Vraiment, c'était parfait ! Nous reviendrons assurément.

Le lieu et le quartier agréable!
Le bruit compte tenu des rénovations dans l’hôtel le matin des 07:00 heures et le bruit extérieur le soir
Lumières de la salle bain non fonctionnelle ainsi aucune ventilation
Pas de caf3 à la chambre
Nourriture du déjeuner ainsi que le café piètre qualité
Stationnement très onéreux
Pour des nuitées à 1000,00 par jour très dispendieux en terme qualité rapport prix
Bref décevant!

The hotel itself is pretty great and the beds and pillows are fantastically comfortable. In normal times this must be a great experience. However, due to the current situation they suffer from a lack of personnel and therefore they will not (even if you ask nicely) make the room at any time during your stay. Even asking them to bring new towels and empty the trash seemed above their capacity. During our three day stay it was impossible to have them refill the coffee machine and the stairs were blocked due to constant renovations making the only (and super slow) elevator the only option for all guests. At close to 300$ a night we were honestly expecting more. Hopefully things go back to normal soon as I'm sure that in normal circumstances this hotel is perfectly fine.

Great welcoming and easy check in. It’s good to experience hotels coming back and offering hospitality and service for the price of a room.

We really enjoyed our 2-night stay in the King jacuzzi suite. There are so many dining options and conveniences (like banking, shopping) nearby. Valet parking available. Staff was friendly, helpful.
