Superb and affordable place to stay in the heart of Porto. Louisa the concierge was extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful and provided excellent service. Room was tidy, clean and comfortable. Excellent facilities as well with tea and coffee and cake served every afternoon. Will recommend to everyone travelling to Porto. We will be back!

The location was just perfect. The staff was kind & thoughtful. Breakfast was delicious & afternoon cake a surprising & tasty treat. Coffee, tea, water was available all the time. The room was clean & quiet. Bathroom products were nice. Please be sure people know the hotel is not handicap accessible. The stairs were a bit of a challenge but manageable. The staff helped with our luggage which was appreciated.

Despite being right by the busy street of Santa Catarina, the room is cozy, comfortable, quiet and can’t barely here any street noises. Very walkable, close to the metro green line. Staff is very accommodating especially Luisa. I would recommend to friends and family, and would definitely stay again!
