Disappointing

The service was poor, the on site parking was full and although we where given a permit for free parking we had to park away from the hotel. The room at a glace was lovley and had the added rose petles chocolate and prosseco as requested, the room was not great it wasnt as clean as we would have liked the carpet had been spray painted and genrally poorly maintained. For how much we had paid we where expecting alot more for our money

In regards to our free parking, most hotels within the area charge around 15-20 per night to park, so we try our best to make it as convenient as possible for our guests; using permit parking, paid for by us; to extend our limited car park. We deeply apologise the room was not satisfactory for you. Please note that the price varies depending on the day and the demand; due to your booking falling on the valentines weekend for a large room with an en-suite private jacuzzi, the price that you paid will reflect this. Perfect experience

Welcomed by friendly and knowledgeable lady, shown to our room, she offered to take our bags and apologized as we were on the top floor, lovely clean room, nice selection of tea and coffee plus biscuits, toiletries in the bathroom, bed was comfy and we slept well. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, my daughter joined us (for an extra fee) but it was no problem to add and extra person, they rearranged the seating to accommodate us. All in all, it was a lovely stay, thank you
