The property is just on the outskirts of all the main streets in downtown Portsmouth. You can park your car in the municipal lot across the street for the weekend and walk everywhere you want to go.

There is no parking included and it’s $40 for the garage or valet overnight. Rooms are in need of some updating for the price. Stains on the rugs and old mattresses and bedding.
Location is good.

The hotel was generally very good, the only issue we had was that both the wall mount heating unit and the hotel HVAC unit were very loud

Has a great indoor pool attached to the hotel. Nice to be able to park your car and walk around the city. Great area for dining and no box office shops-
