The room wasn't vacuumed, the side table was dirty with a ring from a coffee cup spill, the spread had a visible stain. Overall cleanliness of the room seemed to be neglected.

When getting dressed ready for bed, I looked at the door connecting to the next room and there was about an inch gap where I could see directly into their room. I felt super uncomfortable with this. I went to lay down and moved the pillow and found 2 little bugs between the pillows. I instantly got scared it was a bed bug but wanted to double check with the night attendant. I told her I may be overreacting and was kinda hoping for reassurance. She went above and beyond getting me a new room and kept apologizing. The new room was slightly nicer and I thoroughly inspected all sheets, mattress and pillows. I slept really well in the bed. I did struggle with getting the phone to work (I had left my phone at work) and the TV was slightly uncooperative as well. Overall not the worst, staff/service was 5 stars but the hotel itself could use some work. Thanks!

An old run down hotel rebranded.

When I checked on the gal at counter mumbled under her breath that the room I booked was to much for what I paid. I book a room with 1 queen bed and non smoking. They put me in a room with 2 queen beds that barely fit in there. The room was a smoking room and stunk worse than number 2. I couldn't use the desk cause the bed was so close if you liked the chair out you were hitting the bed. I had work to do and had to sit on the bed and hunch over. Thankfully it was only one night.
