Run down, weeds in the flower beds, dirty towels, wrinkled bedspread with a thin blanket, noisy fridge, noisy between rooms, outdated furniture and hard mattress! Light in pool was unsafe and pop machine was not working. Pretty pathetic for what we paid to stay there Never again!

We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us. Our mattresses are brand new pillow top ones so I am surprised to hear that you found them too firm. We have called the pepsi company out about their machines as these are not ours and are not able to fix them. We hope that you might give us another opportunity in the future.

This place had rolling, uneven floors in the hall and in our room. The walls were cracked the length on all the seems. Bed and pillows were ok, clean. Advertised as 8 stars and owned by Best Western. Very disappointed.

This hotel was not fancy, and it has been around for a while, but it is near the freeway, the staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the price was just right.
