Staff was above and beyond friendly and helpful!
TV didn’t work, hallway blasted hot hot air which made room start to feel warm in morning.

The hotel was great but we were stepping over homeless people on the sidewalk when we walked there in the evening and left in the morning.

Not stated anywhere on Expedia that there isn’t a parking lot. It was a surprise when we had to pay an extra 40$ per car to park. Homeless people literally outside the front door. Not worth 250$ a night.

Location was fine for what I was doing room was a nice size however the wall paper is peeling in quite a few place
Check in was just ok person at the desk was not in uniform so didn’t know who he was at first and didn’t let me know about my 15 voucher for food/drink parking is way overpriced
