Location was perfect. Food at the resraurant was very good.
I found it a little too noisy in the morning. We found it difficult to sleep past 7 am, lots af kids when we were there.
I still think it is a good value and would go back

Plage superbe, chambre propre chaque jour, check out rapide, chambre de coin avec grande terrasse, laveuse-sécheuse dans la chambre et accessoires de cuisine (frigo, grille-pain, poele, micro-onde,ustenciles,vaiselle ). Beaucoup de parasol sur la plage.

Quiet & Relaxing. Beach is absolutely amazing & easy to get a spot. Front desk was helpful & courteous. Great junior suite equipped with basic kitchen necessities including a microwave. Small, old coffee pot - 5 cups, but worked. Bed layout was 1 king and a sofa bed (4 people) - not very comfortable. Clean room & well kept grounds. We utilized the shuttle to the sister property & it was perfect. Walked, shopped & ate around Grace Bay Rd. and shuttled back. This is a little quieter than OCW, so it was nice to have the amenities of both. Did some breakfasts & lunches in, but did dinners out and it was perfect. Shopped at IGA. Opus was overrated/ overpriced, Cabana Grill was good food & service, but my favorite for food, service & price was next door at Rickie's Flamingo Café. Bring sunscreen, bug spray, hats & tumblers for the beach - you'll be there all day! The spa was amazing too since it rained about half the time of our stay. If you rent a car, drive on the left. If you don't do excursions, bring cards/ games for kids/teens - this is truly a relaxing, beach vacation.

This was a nice property and we were happy with it. We found out after booking, but these are individually owned condos so there might be differences between units. However, the resort was nice and clean and the pools were super quiet. The beachfront is adorable and the beach restaurant is pretty good with decent service. Our bed was really comfortable and the unit was clean. It is a decent no-frills property and we were happy with it.
