The gluten free options were great for my wife. Reserving lunch/dinner at most of the restaurants was very easy. Onsite vendor for excursions was very knowledgeable and prices were reasonable. My wife loved the Hideaway side and definitely wants to come back again.

Everyone was really nice. Taj was a great restaurant. The pillows were not comfortable at all

Overall, the resort was pretty cool, but if you are young in your 20s, looking to have some fun in the adults, only section I would not recommend this.

Well, if you wanted to go to a co-op property that is not an all adult resort, then this property is for you. The staff was friendly at all. The restaurants service was great but when you go to check in the hotel, you get hit in the face with a lot of children running around and you’re kind of confused then you go to check in. They are not too friendly and trying to upsell you on everything including your rooms. Then you are met by a host that is trying to sell. I don’t know if it’s a timeshare or coupons, but it feels like a used car salesman, just harassing you and trying to get you to buy something I paid for a vacation not a timeshare timeshare discount discount service type deal it just felt overwhelming didn’t feel very comfortable for my vacation and then we got to the room. The room covers had make up blood hairs on them took pictures of everything called room service. They did correct it, but it wasn’t something nice to walk into , very stressful for three days that we had on our trip

We got mixed experience regarding the staff service, some were very bad and some were good. We did not like the food here, we had a personal concierge but he was of not much help, we mess up most of our dinner reservations at the restaurant. Overall it was an average rating for our stay at Royalton.
