Check in is at 4pm….the front desk closes at 5pm????? The room that I booked was advertised as having 4 beds, it did not. Casago is the worst company on this app. Bait and switch tactics, terrible support and they’re rooms are just trash. Second time booking one of their rooms…never again.

Small, old, outdated, worn out condo, nice resort

I've stayed at the Princesa resort a handful of times. The resort is great. This property is a little rough. All furnishings are old and worn. The couch feels dirty. The blankets smell. The beds are terribly uncomfortable (very old mattresses, where you feel the springs everywhere). The bathroom fan wasn't working either which, considering its location and the cooler winter weather, meant that the bathroom (and master bedroom became extra humid and musty when people shower. I had to go back to the registration office multiple times to get sheets for the mattress (one mattress was bare) and information for Wifi, no information found inside condo. For the price I expected more. This condo still has a VHS player which just confirms that almost everything in the condo is very old and worn (and dirty).

Sofa matress in bad condition

Sofa matress was in very bad shape. Front desk provided an inflatable matress... Did not use due to to hassle to inflate... I strongly recommend to provide a decent sofa matress, to begin with.

Nos hemos hospedado en 3 todos los hoteles Sonoran y este el Princesa Peñasco Ha sido el menos cómodo ,la habitación era vieja en el 2ndo piso ,camas incomodas,la luz fallaba ocasionalmente,papel de baño limitado en la habitación ,muchas cosas que tienen son exclusivas para socios o dueños,la iluminación por la noche era poca ,fácil mente tropiezas por donde sea . Sinceramente recomiendo ampliamente los hoteles de enseguida sin duda . Pero este no lo creo .

home away from home.

We just fell in love with Princesa, great place to stay with family, clean, staff was great at keeping busy with cleaning the pools and environment. Beach is calm, felt like home and not like a overwhelmed touristy place. Staying at a condo is very convenient

Everything was fine except for toilet paper we ran out and we when to the lobby to get some. We suggest for next time to leave extra supplies.

Overall was a great stay. Staff is very attentive and the grounds are maintained well. The only issue we had was that our neighbors above made a lot of noise, music loud, yelling, noises like they were banging on the floor and sliding metal chairs across the floor…..was very irritating. We mentioned it to front desk and was advised that there was nothing they could do until 10pm. Of course it didnt stop at 10pm so we called front desk and the noise/stupidity level went from a 10 down to a 4, but was still there until about 2am. Yes, this is an issue with loud, obnoxious neighbors, but also tells me that the concrete between floors and walls is quite thin and you can hear your neighbors rather easily.
