Tout est parfait. La seule chose déplaisante est le rideau de douche en tissu absorbe trop d'eau et garde un niveau élevé d'humilité dans la chambre

El hotel está muy bonito, solo cuidar el servicio de los restaurantes, falta de personal en fines de semana para no acumular gente en el buffet o para servir en los restaurantes tiempo de espera muy largo en algunos en las noches … y cuidar la limpieza y presentación del buffet

Publié le 19 août 2021 sur HotelsCadre magnifique : l'hôtel est situé entre une petite baie de sable blanc bien sympathique et une vallée de végétation luxuriante. La température de l'océan est d'environ 30°C! Piscines ok avec bar. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et confortables. Le service de l'hôtel est de qualité et convivial. Nourriture variée et bonne dans l'ensemble. Vin d'Espagne acceptable. Séjour plus qu'agréable ! Pour info, l'hôtel a été repeint en rose pour une série : Las colinas de Acapulco, mais on s'y fait à la longue.

We had a five day four night stay in this all inclusive resort and we were only allowed to visit the restaurants twice we had to make reservations in advance, which was OK, but we forgot and the resort was practically empty and they still would not allow us to make a late reservation we asked for a king size bed. We received two full beds. They said they will push the beds together and make one bed. They push the bed together and left a 3 inch gap so we still had two beds we had to ask multiple times for anything we needed , the food was subpar. The drinks were subpar. I would not recommend.

The adult pool was excellent , no kids , the buffet was sometimes a challenge because some parents would not supervise there kids and let them run around and make a lot of noise .
