Danny at the front desk is fantastic! The best customer service in Mexico or anywhere! Some of the Ala Carte restaurants were either very short staffed or disorganized. One dinner took over 3 hours- mostly waiting. Food is good otherwise. This was our 5th trip to PV, we will be back!

I read many of the reviews complaining about the food, the service and the condition of the resort. I stayed there for 6 nights and yes the rooms are older, but they are clean and housekeeping does a great job. There were great options for breakfast (some reviews said there were powdered eggs and bee's on the fruit) i had custome made omelets every morning with fresh eggs and lots of fruit, but no bees. I also stayed in the older part of the resort, this is a 3 to 4 star resort, but for the price its a great value.

We like this property because of its location right on the beach. The only negative response woujd be that our room card deactivated at least 8-10 times.
