Staff writer was amazing, 10/10 for that and their service. Hotel is a bit dated and not super clean. Pools were not very clean, Not a lot to do for families with teen or preteen kids Food on buffet and Mexican restaurant were good, better than other all inclusive we have been in, but the rest are not so great. Hygiene seems to be an issue in some of the restaurants, you see waiters sticking their hands in the ice bucket to grab a handful and then dropping it in your cup, vey unappetizing and to say the least contaminating the hole buck of ice for everyone. Also you see some chefs or ski chefs literally grabbing things by their hands and mixing it by their hands on your plate, like salads and such, no gloves anywhere:( Bathrooms near the pool, sometimes have no soap or toilet paper The beach is pretty rough so finding a chair to sit on by the pools is very hard to find, unless you go super early in the morning and put some towels on the chairs you want to use. Beach towels and hotel room towels, I’m pretty sure they are cleaned and sanitized, but a lot of them has spots on them, so that’s kind of a turn off. You would expect a bit more for the money you pay to stay on this resort, at the end of the day you’re not staying on a motel or a 2 star place. The stores in the hotel are so crazy pleasant Overall it was a pleasant stay, but the place had few issues.

As a single mom, safety is my primary concern with two teenagers, and this property was perfect. I felt totally safe and comfortable and had an absolutely amazing time. My kids are 17 and 15 and they also loved being here. The food was delicious and we are foodies. So that’s saying a lot!! The staff was absolutely fantastic as well. Everyone spoke English so there was no language barrier. My only semi complaint are the rooms are a tad bit outdated but still comfortable however the resort itself is beautiful!! We will be coming back for sure!!

Beautiful resort with breathtaking views. Food was on par with other all inclusive resorts, nothing special. Drinks were good. Not a lot of night life. Overall would definitely recommend!

The location and views were beautiful. The rooms were not maintained or cleaned well. In my room, there was a plumbing issue and the cabinet fell off.

Overall a good experience. Wish they had tennis courts as listed under amenities and better food options in the buffet. A short taxi ride to romantic zone. Not much in the surrounding area.
