Bon hôtel tout inclus pour adultes !
Gros plus pour la qualité de la nourriture, on mange super bien, autant au buffet qu’au restaurant à la carte !
Petit bémol sur les places à la plage et à la piscine, les chaises sont souvent presque toutes réservées tôt, donc difficile de se trouver un endroit à partir de 10h.

Je n’ai rien de négatif à mentionner. Le service était fantastique, et l’hôtel était bien entretenu. Je recommanderais cette place à mon entourage.

I would like to start with saying that it was an amazing time. Highly recommended. I’m planning on coming back.
BUT at the begging there was a mess with the rooms. I got a water leak caused by the AC (no problem for us) they relocated us, but then they had to relocate us 2 more times in 1,5 days as we got people into our room. Loosing A LOT of time as the lobby people are too busy and are not the fastest. They tried to compensate us with a third part of what they call a relaxing massage (time too reduced for a compensation) but we had to sign an agreement that we could not ask or say anything, which is not good for that few compensation.
Other than that VERY GOOD!
I honestly recommend to make check in/out process easier and faster. A visit to the lobby means always 30 minutes at least and tourists are not there for bureaucracy, just to relax.
