La nourriture était excellente! Nous étions dans la section El Beso donc nous avions accès au restaurant Pez et le service et la nourriture étaient toujours parfait! Seul point à corriger, en entrant, tous les restaurants vous demande si vous avez des allergies. Cependant, même si vous nommez vos allergies, aucune considération n’y est fait lors des services…

We had a great time at this resort. Me and my boyfriend spent a great week and wouldn’t change anything. The staff is also absolutely amazing.

a 5⭐️ hotel at the top everything is wonderful the staff takes care, Javier the pool bartender is 👍 the hotel the restaurants the swimming pools the setting the ocean and the entertainment make you feel in paradise everything is great I you recommend this hotel with eyes closed. thank you so much to the whole team and to Carlos your virtual concierge at the top 👍👍👍❤️❤️🥰🥰🇫🇷🇫🇷

On essaie de vous vendre timeshare sans intérêt a des prix futuristic plage rocailleuse pas agreable du tout la nourriture du self et petit-déjeuner n est vraiment pas fameuse rien n est fait avec soins on a l l'impression de deranger certain membre du personnel bref je m attendais a mieux pour le sois disant standing vendu sur le papier a eviter.......

Gutes Hotel. Eher 4 Sterne. Abgelegen dafür ruhig.
Publié le 21 févr. 2024 sur HotelsDas Hotel ist relativ weit entfernt von anderen Resorts, Golfplätzen, Restaurants etc. (Eine Taxifahrt nach Punta Cana kostet rund USD 50 pro Weg.) Dafür ist die Anlage sehr ruhig.
Das Essen (Auswahl und Qualität) war ok.
Die Junior Suite Rooftop mit Whirlpool war top! Ausreichend gross mit 2 Badezimmern. Das Bett und die Kissen waren sehr bequem.
Das Zimmer mit Poolblick geht einher mit lauter Musik und Animation von rund 10-17 Uhr. Die Fenster sind kaum isoliert. Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. WLAN insgesamt gut und auf der ganzen Anlage (inkl. am Strand) verfügbar.
Von der Qualität/vom Service eher ein 4* Hotel (nach Europäischem Standard).
Preis/Leistung stimmt jedoch allemal.

This was my second time at Ocean El Faro. A wonderful, convenient, clean resort with something for everyone. The food is great. The resort is clean and well looked after. Spacious rooms and exception consierge. Carlos took care of booking dinner reso without question. Highly recommend.
