Un hôtel magnifique avec une architecture impressionnante. Nous y sommes allés pour le surf qui peut se faire directement à la plage de l’hôtel. Cette plage, Burros, est une des meilleures pour le surf de la région. Pour les surfeurs, voilà une opportunité unique en son genre de marier surf, luxe et tout inclus. Nous avons séjourné dans la section preferred, avec vue sur la mer et les piscines de la cours intérieure. Les chambre preferred se trouvent plus près de la plage. Cette section en vaut la peine si vous voyager sans enfants car vous aurez droit à la magnifique infinity pool du 8e étage ainsi que les meilleurs restaurants à la cartes. Les enfants n’y semblent malheureusement pas admis. Les plus: - Le confort des chambres et des lits - Les nombreuses piscines et infinity pool - La gentillesse du personnel qui est tjrs prêt à vous rendre service. - La nourriture est délicieuse. Notre restaurant à la carte préféré est le Bordeaux (français) - Le bon café du Coco café qui me faire pensé à un Starbucks. - La piscine du 8e étage avec la vue panoramique sur la baie. Nous y avons même vue des baleines au loin. Les moins: - l’hôtel est ouvert depuis seulement un an mais par certain bris du mobilier on dirait qu’elle a plus de 5 ans. Mais, ce fut vite oublié étant donné la qualité du resort en général. - Le secteur tranquille. Bon à savoir: * Uber est une bonne façon de se déplacer à une fraction du prix. *Une visite à Sayulita vaut le détour.

Property is nice and clean. Staff is friendly and nice. We went with a large party 26 of us. The food everywhere was decent not great but I wasn't expecting a lot because every all inclusive is the same. The pool area should've had more music and action but we loved the heated pools for the kids. Not being able to go to all the restaurants with kids sucked too. Also this hotel is far from the airport so expect to pay another 300 round trip for kids and stay at the hotel only. All in all I have stayed at a lot of all inclusive hotels and this one was just ok for the price. I wouldn't go back with kids. Maybe adults only on the secrets side. That looked more fun. Also the tile floors are super slippery. We all almost died multiple times around the pool and in the room. Not sure what idiot picked those slippery tiles everywhere but it's not safe at all. The staff is great so Cudos to them.

Beautiful property! The lay-out is at times difficult to navigate. The property is HUGE. I can literally take 10-11 min to go from the back of the property on the 7the floor to the beach; needing to use 2 separate elevators or stairwells and a zig zag of corridors. It was overcast or raining 6/9 days of our PV trip. The water drainage/sitting puddles at the hotel is not great. There was water draining from the ceilings and down some of the walls. Staff did a good job keeping up and keeping everyone safe. We saw whales daily from the beach- was easier to see when overcast out. The wait staff were great! At the buffet MIXTLI was awesome, friendly, great service, felt like she really knew you and loved her job! The front staff, especially CANELO was very helpful and friendly.
