Expérience horrible 😣

À mon arrivée à l’hôtel, j’ai déposé les bagages tout en constatant que la chambre était malpropre. J’ai quitté la chambre presque immédiatement. On a quitté l’hôtel pour environ une vingtaine de minutes. À mon retour j’ai été à la réception pour leur dire que la chambre n’était pas propre. La gérante a été voir la chambre et est revenu en disant que la chambre était propre. Elle ne voulait pas me rembourser et m’a dit de quitter l’hôtel et que si je voulais mieux que ça d’aller dans un hôtel 5 étoiles parce que le super 8 était seulement un 3 étoiles . J’ai appeler hôtel.com pour demander un remboursement et la réponse à été qu’ils me rembourserais la deuxième nuit mais je devais quitter l’hôtel immédiatement. Je leur ai dit que je ne quitterais pas si la soirée était payé. La réponse à cela est que si je restais la première soirée ils ne rembourseraient pas la deuxième soirée. J’ai louer une suite en pensant avoir une belle chambre et à place j’ai droit à un bain salle, plein de gouttes de savon bleu dans la douche, une téléphone tellement dégoûtant, les miroirs étaient sales, les dedans du bureau était sale également, dentifrice dans le lavabo, bord des fenêtres noires, j’ai déplacer le sofa lit et trouver un klennex usager en dessous pis j’en passe. Je ne retournerai plus jamais à cette hôtel.
