Worse Experience Ever

Checked in and then a couple checked in at the conjoining room to ours and had little kids and that were screaming and beating on our and would not stop. The manager Rico said there were no availability to move us to another room. We couldn’t stay!!! And Rico told me to contact Hotels.com for a refund and then when they called the hotel Rico told the guy at the front desk to tell them he wasn’t there yet I just talked to him. This was the worse experience I have ever ever had!!! We will not be back there EVER!!!!

Hi Anonymous, thank you so much for your candid review. Rico spoke with you correctly and spoke with Hotels.com on your behalf. We were completely sold out during your time of travel and there was indeed no available inventory. We go above and beyond to take care of our guests, if there was anything that could have been done outside the call to the neighboring guests letting them know of Hotel Quiet Hours, it would have been done. Unless you called back after 8pm, my FOM was present prior which is when you spoke with him. I do apologize for any inconvenience caused and would only hope that you would give us another chance in the future to prove to you that your unsatisfactory stay was an exception. Thank you & have a great day-

Has only one elevator

Second time visiting drink machine was down again during breakfast
