Best experience ever
Publié le 9 mars 2024 sur HotelsI was going to the concert in the santander arena and wanted something close and doubletree was there, i didnt know how close it would be, made my experience even better, the food in restaurant was amazing, breakfast was great, just an amazing awesome time

Publié le 8 mars 2024 sur HotelsVery clean and modern. Nice pool and a well-equipped exercise room. Staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent location, right across the street from the arena. Definitely recommend.

It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great. It’s not a quiet areas. I Stayed for a weekend. Breakfast was a 5 star. Staff was friendly. But as soon as I arrived to my room the bathroom was not the cleanest. I was so tired from the drive I did not even bother telling the staff because when I checked in they said staff normally comes to clean the rooms from 9-12PM. I made sure to be out of the hotel for this time and when I came back at 4PM it was the same. No new towels. Trash was still in the trash can. There was no point. I left Sunday morning.
