Very friendly reception and Check-In. Love the text communications before we arrived and the free coffee and water are always appreciated!

Filthy carpet, thin blankets

Remodel not complete in the room we had. New paint and some some new fixtures, but the carpet was so disgusting that neither of us would consider stepping on it barefoot. Blankets were minimal and super thin. I expected waaaaaay better looking the reviews.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is perfect as there are things to do within walking distance. The remodeling upgrades are spot on and the vibe of the hotel is great. I will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Redding.

We were very impressed with the property. They did a great job with the remodel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Most importantly very very clean and very well maintained. Will definitely be staying there again.

beautifully re-done with taste - and great firm mattresses = helpful having a mini kitchen of sorts - got a great rest from my drive down from Portlandia

Nice modern place with very friendly staff and no problem place. Have stayed there several times. This time some dirty towels, not changed and old coffee in the coffee machine etc. The heatpump is noisy and i turned it off.
