2 Disabled elderly people traveling together with service dogs not welcome. Manager told me I could go somewhere else! Unfortunately I was 150 miles away from home for medical testing. So I couldn't cancel. Had to book second room. For my sister. Wouldn't put us on the 1st floor. Wouldn't put us close to each other. After we asked for ajoining rooms.Not disabled people friendly.

Dear Maxine I truly apologize for any inconvenience the hotel pet policy's cause you during your stay yes you had service animals so we don't charge anyone for them unfortunately all rooms can only hold 2 pets per room so the option was giving to you because hotel was sold out the day of your arrival and no request was ever made so unfortunately we didn't have ground floor and made you aware we had working elevators we hope in the future if needed any special request you reach out to the hotel directly and again sorry for any inconvenience safe travels

Beware ! Stay at your own risk !

We have used Hotels.com for all our travel needs but this was one of the worse conditions we have stayed at. We reserved a king. We were sold, kings are sold out so we can only offer you, two twin beds. The floor was not cleaned. There were debris left from previous guests. One door security was broken so anyone can enter the building. I would not want anyone who is traveling to deal with this if you stay in Redding. We travel here for racing but will definitely spend more if needed to get what we reserved/requested.

Hotel is having a renovation so no carpets in halls and smell from the old carpets was awful. Carpets in our room were grotty & smelt. No water to sink so had to turn it on myself Shower didn’t work properly We booked this hotel late as we were on a long drive from Arizona so had we known about renovations we would have picked another hotel.

Totally filthy room totally stinks all the carpet ripped out of the hallways. No apology for the inconvenience. Had to get air freshener just so I can breathe in the room.
