Beautiful views, lots of hot and cold options for breakfast. Attentive and friendly staff. Freshly made cookies every afternoon!

The hotel is new which is nice but my room was on the 4th floor and facing the train tracks. It was super noisy and on one night the trains came through during the night as well. I mentioned to the hotel that they need to sound proof rooms facing the trains better. Also the hot tub wasn’t in operation which was disappointing for a ski destination. This is why the hotel gets an average. If these are fixed I would give them 5 stars. The morning breakfast is excellent and the hotel otherwise is very clean with daily housekeeping

Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and we sincerely apologize for falling short of meeting your expectations. Revelstoke is a historical town built around the railway. The railway was afore frontal thought during the construction process, and although we have placed thick insulation in the wall, the building is primarily concrete and noise-canceling windows were installed, unfortunately, the vibrations from the trains can be felt and heard with the window open. We would be grateful if you give us another opportunity to make amends as well as showcase our improvements to you in the near future.

Hotel was great but we stayed on the train side and had a little trouble sleeping. If we come back will request the other side of the hotel.

Would stay again

Clean all staff interaction positive especially one of the breakfast ppl and evening front desk. Convenient location. Negative the hot Tub being under Reno Negatives a bit noisy. Inside room you can hear engine retardant breaks all night and inside people coming and going, even with the complimentary ear buds they provide. Overall I would stay here again. Once the hot tub is up if course
