Disappointing

I arrived later in the evening and was exhausted from a long day of travel, so when I went to collapse into bed, I was very disappointed that my king bed was markedly sagging in the middle. Due to my work schedule, I had little time to try to request a room change, and when I went to the lobby the next morning, all the computers were down and staff seemed flummoxed. When I left around 1pm for a meeting, I told the front desk person the cleaning staff could now clean my room, and his response was "Oh, they're totally booked, they won't be able to get to your room -- but maybe tomorrow." But my stay was only 2 nights, so I would be leaving "tomorrow." Unfortunately, it was definitely a below average stay.

Stayed here many times and its always a good place. Quiet, convenient to my travels and the staff is always friendly. Right next door to plenty of retail and a Wawa, and fast food places as well.

The room/bathroom was clean with plenty of towels etc. The room was chilly and no way to turn up the temp. Suggestion: consider putting the guests with pets on the first floor only.

Excellent Value

I have nothing but good things to report for my stay! The fact that a varied and delicious buffet breakfast is included in the price makes this place an excellent value in my opinion! It's actually hard for me to come up w/something I find less than great. I guess if I was gonna mention anything picky...it would be that there's a slight pitch in the ground floor hall on one end. They installed a handrail which helps people like myself w/ bad knees ( going even slightly downhill is the part that gets my attn w/messed-up knees). But like I said, that's a picky item. I would overall highly recommend this place from my stays thus far.
