Mixed experience

The service was spectacular. However, we asked for a toaster in our room and was told that the rooms were not provided with toasters and we would have to use the communal toaster in the dining area. Then, friends came to stay in a different room and they had a toaster! Additionally, we were in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite. The unit had 2 furnaces, one of which wasn't working. We ended up having to use space heaters to keep the suite warm. Not great given we paid over $300 per night for our stay.

The room was great as was breakfast, but my room was right by the exit and for some reason maintenance staff needed to work on a door at 8am , slamming the door repeatedly easily 100 times over an hour period

Under construction and or worth the money to stay here-go to courtyard-it’s in the same parking lot!!!!

Many amenities were not available, free water was No accessible when the water was off for several hours, no hot water and no gym or pool.

It's okay to spend a night

It was not bad, it was not good. I don't have anything really good or bad to say about the place. I found lots of hair in the bathroom. I find that off putting.
