Staff was helpful, very friendly , room clean and spacious. Only negative point is breakfast was under average. Quick story : Arrived from Richmond @ 1:00am after the race and I was unpack my bike (with flashlight) for overnight parking and the girl at front reception came out to see if everything was Ok.(was a little suspicious to see a guy with a flashlight in the parking at this time of a day). Feel safe after that to leave the bike in the parking.

The pool has been out of service for renovations for a while and it was not mentioned at all. I booked this trip to visit my son who is in the army. He really wanted to lounge by a pool. I tried to get a refund for 2nd night after I noticed pool was out. Zana told me there was no problem as long as 3rd party approved (they did). Then Zana refused due to the fact that their cleaning staff was gone for the day. This all occurred at 12:30pm. People checkout at 11am. I feel she could’ve been refunded me so I can book another hotel with full working amenities. I was forced to stay here and my son’s wishes were not full filled. Thanks for nothing Zana!
