The hotel is old, the food is ok, poor entreatment, is not for people with difficult to walk. No sport bar and not areas with ac for seniors. I paid for all inclusive plus and is the same from the other all inclusive.

We keep making improvement.All inclusive have private restaurant a la carte fopr lunch and breakfast, premium liquors, exclusive lobby# with live music on weekends, refill mini bar every day, welcome amenitiy, welcome bottle of whine or sparkling wine, adult pol and family pool private, beack are exclusive and so on.

We were a group of 3 couples, and we stayed in the Plus area. We were able to go to Lobby 3 for a quick check in, and were served a cold welcome drink right away. Our room was on the 2nd floor (no elevator for those that have limitations). Our room was lovely. It had two beds, and a smaller cot thing. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. Our room was clean, and we had no problems with the towels.
The buffet (Pacifiko) had a wonderful variety and was very good. The first night, they were serving Mexican food and each night the food rotated to something different. There was always plenty of seating. The staff worked very hard and everything was kept clean.
We ate at three of the other restaurants: Pannamai (Italian)--excellent; Cafe Med--excellent; and Cowboy Steak House--terrible steak, tough as shoe leather and I couldn't cut it even though I ordered medium rare.
The adult swim up bar was excellent. I especially enjoyed talking with Lisbeth! The swim up bar was the only one that would let us have drinks in the pool.
One problem is that every day we would go down around 7 am and all the chairs would already be saved with people putting their towels on them. In one of the lower pools, there was a group that hogged two cabanas and stacked all the upright chairs and tables inside these cabanas and stacked up several loungers as though they were the only people at the resort that might want to use them!
The beach was beautiful!

Noisy
Minibar was not cold
Miss towels
AC make so much noise
We are able to listen a kids running just above us insonorisation so bad.

Too much walking and too many steps.
Beach quite acceptable
Somebody with wheel chair should not go there,

Good variety of dining options, food was good especially the new york steak. Italian not so great. Beaches ae nice white sand. Watch out for horse and dog poop.
