Wasn’t able to take a shower in the morning due to no hot water. Never have stayed at a hotel that didn’t offer some sort of breakfast. I had a question about my bill and I was told,I don’t know. Not sure what has happened to kahler inn,but it definitely has gone downhill

I didn’t like that we had to pay for parking on top of staying there. The pool area was dirty with chunks of hair in the drains. The bathroom tub was dirty the toilet never stopped running so it didn’t flush that great. No cleaning stuff for the exercise equipment. Was high priced for such dirty and little you got.

Extremely convenient for Mayo Clinic visitors. Can access from underground walking subway tunnels. Was able to leave 10 minutes before my appointment and make it there in time for check in. Keep in mind, it’s an old property so if it’s amenities and elegance you’re looking for this isn’t the place for you. Desk worker called about an hour after check in to make sure we had everything we needed. I can’t complain about our visit, we were there Monday-Friday.

I love the proximity to the Mayo Clinic. The staff was personable, professional and efficient. Paying $15 to park in the garage was a big benefit as well. One thing to improve upon: Please deep clean the floors in the bathrooms and on the carpet edges. Thank you for all you do!
