We stopped the day before to check out the room. The one a staff member showed us was really nice and convenient to the front door which I wanted because I was coming the next day for a medical appointment and have handicap parking. As it turned out they gave me a room on the end of the bldg a long walk for my condition. When we come back after dinner all the parking was taken. Again a long walk. There was cheetos on the floor and a piece of a gooy jelly rool on the floor too. One was by the bedside and the other was like the last guest missed the garbage can. One of the beds had a large stain on the bedding. The phone wire was unhooked when i hooked it up it still didn't work and it was too far to walk in my condition. The shower head was crooked twoards the wall and the head was dirty. The carpet was dirty like it hadn't been vacuumed. The tv and remote were old and lousy and hard to navogae. The beat things were no smell and quiet along with a great staff member the day before. The day of they were training in a new member and I will leave it at that.

I am sorry the room you saw the day before was not available on the day you checked in. We will have our housekeeping retrain so these situations do not happen again.

I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to others. Our room was very clean and spacious. Had a nice hot tub and pool. Breakfast was good. Price was reasonable. The lady that checked us in and checked us out was very polite.

It was very quiet. The room was spacious for our needs. The beds were comfortable. The morning breakfast was superb. All in all, the facility was exceptional.
