Family Christmas gathering

RIT family visit
Publié le 23 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe came to visit our Tiger who is a RIT student and enjoyed our stay. Nelissa was very prompt with communication and very helpful when we had questions. The hot tub was an added bonus, we will be back!

Great place for a family
Publié le 4 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was an awesome place for our family to stay for the weekend. It felt very secure and we especially appreciated the enclosed back yard for our kids to play in the morning. If I could have given this property 4.5 stars, I would have! My only objections were that it smelled very strongly of cats when we arrived and that there were a lot of bees around the property (especially after they mowed).
Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely come back!

Wedding weekend

Narissa communicated every step of the way. The house is beautiful. Being as though my weekend was busy and dealing with a wedding it was stressful so coming back to a jacuzzi was just what I needed. Will book this house when we return.

Last minute retreat from the city during spring break

We wanted a warm and cozy home with a fenced in back yard for the kids to play, and our needs were met. The home was warm and inviting, clean and well cared for. The yard had a few play items for the kids and the Roku TV, multi-charging station were welcome. Near shopping and excursions particular to the region (hiking trails, vineyards, parks), The property owners were attentive and gracious. Would definitely revisit and recommend!

Amazing Stay

I loved that we were able to have the whole home in privacy to ourselves and the neighborhood was very quiet and spacious as well. We had plenty of towels, toilet paper, cooking supplies, seasonings, storage space, and sitting space. We had access to online streaming and were able to watch movies. We were even able to watch the New Years ball drop right from the tv! The host really outdone herself!

Great place but no very professional
Publié le 7 juin 2020 sur HomeAwayIt’s clearly stats on the description that there is no Parties or Gatherings at all. As soon as I arrived I received a phone call from the owners saying no to have parties and that I wasn’t supposed to have more than 2 guest. Online it stats that the house could sleep 10 people. I was just going to have my parents over for dinner but decided not to because I felt Harassed by the owners already. Then not even an hour to arriving someone came to the residence to check up on the house. Instead of him identifying himself he asked for the owner as if I didn’t know he was checking to see what was going on at the place. I didn’t even feel comfortable staying at the residence after this so I booked a hotel to spend some time with my parents for my Birthday. I honestly wanted to ask for a refund right after the phone call but I knew that was possible

Hi,
We are sorry you felt that way. You made the reservation for only 2 guest. We also stated very clearly that we don’t allow any party or gathering. Currently our state got hit very hard with Covid10 and you decided to brake our rules and celebrate your birthday party anyways. We are very strict about this rules and are trying to our best to keep everyone safe while following the no social distance policy currently in place.
