Our trip was just a weekend getaway to go to the wine fest up there. Mostly comfortable and clean. The restaurant on site was very good. Our only complaint would probably be the Keurig machine. Coffee tasted funny. I don’t know if the machines need cleaned and definitely noise from people coming up and down the hall, you can hear very easily. Would stay there again for the most part.

Unlike photos and website. Not luxurious at all. Pool is constantly busy with no supervision, and pool looks cloudy. Hot tub is always full. Celebrated our 8 year anniversary and we didnt even get to use the hot tub. They do not honor expedia gold members or VIP access. They did not give me my free room upgrade or late check out which is an offer i get with VIP access. They almost charged me for free credits that came with my expedia. They didn't know how to redeem any of it so after an inconvenient and long check out the desk lady finally decided to take the charges off. Whats the point of gold or VIP if these businesses don't care about third party bookings. Absolutely not worth the money. Stay at a chain and get a massage down the street, thats what i did. Horizons dining was the best part of our stay.

The hotel as a whole is beautiful, however there are a few areas that make the hotel a bit outdated. The room I stayed in was pretty spacious the view was of the parking lot and the sink outside the bathroom was a bit awkward because it was unnecessary. The toilet in our bathroom didn’t flush properly and I couldn’t get ahold of the front desk to fix it but over all the stay was pretty nice. I would stay again if offered the opportunity.
