Posted Oct. 7, 2023 on HotelsThis place was supposed to 1. send an email 24 hrs ahead with check-in info, 2. have staff there to check you in, and 3. have 24/7 phone help available. They had None of that. No email, No one there, Message on phone that no one is available. Took an hour to get in, a total nightmare. Others were having the same problem. Room was not as reserved. Hotels.com was super-slow to try to help. Telling me they could not contact anyone either. Then transferring me after a long time to another person who finally got us in, but by then it was Incredibly Aggravating!

If the company that managed your reservation did not know how to respond to your request, it is not our problem. Lovely accommodation perfect for a short stay
Posted Sep. 28, 2023 on HotelsNice location with a short drive to sightseeing spots in Ronda. Comfortable apartment, very clean and well-maintained. Free parking right near the apartment complex! Full kitchen.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
The check-in procedure is clunky and the staff seems to be aware. We were tired from the road and they patiently helped us with figuring it out.
The not so good:
The hotels.com notification email states that the check-in process starts at 14:00, but when we arrived the staff said it was 15:00, but nevertheless let us check in.

LO BUENO - Aunque es un bloque de apartamentos funcional, no muy atractivo, por dentro el apartamento es bonito. Tiene una magnífica terraza. La cama es muy cómoda. Televisión grande. Toallas de baño y para la piscina. Menaje bien surtido que incluye cápsulas para la cafetera, aceite de oliva, productos de limpieza (también para lavavajillas y lavadora) y hasta un detalle de bienvenida. La piscina está en la azotea y es muy agradable para el verano. Excelente calidad relación / precio.
LO MALO: Está a las afueras de Ronda y se necesita coche o bus urbano para ir al centro, aunque esto ya se sabe al reservar. Eché en falta una mesa para la terraza y un tendedero más grande. Pero, sobre todo, no me gustó el proceso de checkin. No hay recepción, se hace a través de una máquina y en mi caso falló. Hay un teléfono de emergencia desde el cual me resolvieron la incidencia, pero no hay nada como la atención en el cara a cara. Los nuevos tiempos no siempre son mejores.
